Search for Outcomes
Keyword sourcing starts with titles. Outcome sourcing starts with the work.
For each role, identify:
- Problems solved.
- Scale handled.
- Customer or user type.
- Tools and systems.
- Regulated or high-stakes context.
- Collaboration patterns.
Example: Instead of only "backend engineer, payments," search for candidates who have handled ledger systems, reconciliation, PCI constraints, transaction volume, fraud workflows, or marketplace payouts.
