Candidate data deletion request

If you are a candidate whose information was added to a LightningHire recruiter's pipeline, you can use this form to request that your data be removed. We will notify the responsible recruiter within one business day. Recruiters are required to respond to valid requests under applicable privacy law (typically within 30 days).

For privacy reasons, we cannot confirm whether a specific email address appears in any recruiter's pipeline. You will receive an acknowledgement either way.

What happens next

• We record your request and notify any recruiter whose pipeline includes your email.
• The recruiter is responsible for verifying the request and deleting matching records.
• If you do not receive a response within 30 days, contact us via the Contact page and reference your request ID.

This form is for candidate-data deletion requests directed at LightningHire recruiters. To delete your own LightningHire account, sign in and use the Delete Account option in Settings.
